One of my husband’s favorite dinners is Chicken garlic Ranch Pizza.
I made it for him tonight.
It’s simply a pizza crust topped with:
- Ranch Dressing & Garlic
- Cooked Chicken
- Fresh Mushrooms
- Onions
- Peppers
- Olives
- Mozzarella Cheese
Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. I like to begin the baking process on the third rack and part way through baking move it to the second rack. This makes the crust nice and crispy.
*If your time is limited, you can buy pre-made dough from Walmart and roll it out to fit one large cookie sheet. The crust is almost as good as homemade; at least that’s what my husband says.
Yum! I make an alfredo pizza similar to this…but the Ranch sounds like a nice change up. Btw, I’m enjoying reading your blog. 🙂
